1 ½ lbs Cubed Pork Loin
2 cups Flour (Optional)
3 Large Green Peppers cut to approx 1" squares
6 oz Can of Pineapple Juice
¼ cup Rice Vinegar
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
½ cup White Sugar

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
Place meat and green peppers in slow cooker
Mix together sugar and pineapple juice to dissolve sugar
Mix in rest of ingredients to sugar mixture
Pour over meat and peppers
Cook for 6-8 hours on low
Serve with rice
